RegistrationThe registration desk will be located in the foyer of the C Block Lecture Theatres. The desk will be open from 8:30am Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
Accommodation
Check out the "Accommodation" webpage (the tab under this page) . Otherwise we suggest that you simply use Google or a website like Booking.com to identify local venues in close proximity to the UC campus. You do need to make your own bookings directly with these venues.
Air Travel
Please contact your preferred airline and take advantage of an early booking to secure the best market fares available.
Cancellation and Refunds
Forum cancellations must be notified in writing (post/fax/email) to the Forum Secretariat. Cancellations received before 1 January 2023 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued from 1 January onwards.
Social function cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the event, be they inclusive or not, could incur the deleagte with an added penalty cost.
Cancellation Policy
The Forum reserves the right to cancel optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached. Participants who are affected by any cancellation will be personally contacted.
Payment
Payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars (NZD) with either a New Zealand cheque, VISA or MasterCard (via the online PayPal option offered when registering - 3.8% transaction fee applies), or direct debit. Direct debit is the preferred method of payment. To receive bank account details for such a payment, request the "Please Invoice Me" option in the Payment Section when registering, and the detail will be returned within the confirmation email.
